After two unsuccessful attempts of home delivery, recipients can call from Italy the number 803.160* to agree date and time of delivery. Additional services: A range of additional services are available on request, including Advice of receipt, Delivery to PO Box, Return of undeliverables, Insurance and Pick up.
Postal Products Quality Charter
This Charter defines product features, quality standards, deadlines and modalities for placing claims, conciliation procedures. To use the Paccocelere 3 service, just go into any one of the 13,000 authorized post offices and fill out a Paccocelere 3 waybill, which also serves as your proof of mailing. Shipments dropped off on Saturday will be sent out the following Monday. After two unsuccessful attempts of home delivery, items can be collected, free of charge, within 7 working days, including Saturdays, at the post office mentioned on the advice dropped by the courier in the recipient's letter box. | |

The online service called "Dovequando" provides information on the whole distribution process, including time of delivery. NEW! senders of items identified as "in the process of being delivered" can require to receive confirmation of delivery by e-mail or SMS, free of charge.
